House Bill 855 became effective July 1, 2024. This bill requires that any partnership, corporation, or other business entity that advertises dental services designate with the board a dentist of record. To do so, the dentist will log in to their account and under Manage my License, select “Designate Dentist of Record”. Following the steps, the dentist will provide the entity that they are designated for and the effective date.
