The 2026 Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAMEdental) program application window will be open from April 1st – May 31st!

The FRAMEdental program supports qualified dentists and dental hygienists practicing in underserved areas of Florida. It provides annual payments to help offset student loans and educational expenses incurred during pursuit of dental related degrees and licensure.

Dentists can receive up to $250,000 and dental hygienists can receive up to $37,500 over a 5 year period as long as they meet all program eligibility requirements.

Key Eligibility Requirements:

  • Hold a clear/active Florida license
  • Accept Medicaid and have an established Sliding Fee Scale
  • Actively provide dental services in an eligible location:
    • A Dental Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) designated by HRSA, or
    • A Rural Hospital certified by (AHCA)
  • Deliver face-to-face direct patient care
  • Be a U.S. citizen or National
  • Have qualified student loans
