In efforts to continue improving service to the citizens of Florida, and partners both internal and external, The Department of Health Medical Quality Assurance Division (DOH MQA) will be upgrading its core internal system of record. This outage will have broad impact which will temporarily render online services and systems supported by data-access inoperable.
